Then your trying to get more shares cheaper. Plain and simple. I just asked about the working out of a garage and your telling me that all the PRs didn't come to fruition. Just show me proof that that's the case. I'm sure you want those 3's filled also.
Not all PR's are going to make the price move. Momentum, S/S, Management, and financials are the biggest movers of PPS. Not PR's as they only provide a little window to see the future. I don't have faith in PR's as much as I have in actually filings for OTC
