Agree 100%. A lawsuit would be the worst thing we could do as investors in this company. The negativity on here is unreal... You can tell who are truly investors and educated in investing, and who are not.

We are all disappointed in the level of where prior management caused the PPS to decline to. However, we must stay optimistic about a turnaround coming in 2017 with what has been outlined for management to achieve. Should this occur, we can easily be back above the $1 level in very short order. As we have already seen in the past, this stock can move up just as fast as it moves down.

I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and remains patient for the New Year Titan turnaround!
