Is there a gag order in Georgia? And if there is, it is irrelevant as Regulation S-X does not have a provision for a gag order in a BK case.

I don't care about a Brooklyn court as it has nothing to do with Georgia or Regulation S-X.

Lets stick to Talk and where are the financials and its obligations to shareholders.
