Looks like they signed another "Exporter Services Agreement" with another shell company.

NC Sec of State has the LLC being formed on 1/11/2016 so not much to go on but it appears like many of the other contracts Americatowne has signed. "Rays of Joy" appears to be a Home Healthcare provider. Not exactly an export business or one that has any export products or services.
