Well...you know the MM's are in trouble...they'd have dropped this thing in the tank already. I'm not talking about .03...I'm talking about .003 or something similar. They're not able to do it..

Except market makers just match trades and sell stock for people who were dumb enough to buy into offerings. You probably could not even find one who even knows what PTOI purports to do as they care that much.....
