This acquisition is listed as 1 of 3 of their current projects on their website:


Notice the address for The Evans Corp and for Abby Inc. are the same as well:



You will also notice that their next project is for T10 Events and Promotions; however, their business description on OTC shows that they now own that company as well:



And T10 has their own subsidiaries such as Trucks N Tatas:


So that's 3 companies that it looks like we have acquired and PR's have yet to have been issued...after smashing through the 50ma today with a force, I think we are on our way to copper...
