Peregrine is planning major expansion for Avid, and there is only two ways to get it accomplished.
1- Major Partnership
2- Reverse split (they will wait until the last minute)
If they have interested BP's, the price would go up after the reverse split because Avid IV, V and VI funding will be in the mix and big profits will ultimately follow.
