Sounds like we merge our way out of BK? Since we would have no assets, just NOLs, I guess we couldn't be a newco? Or could we be a newco shell corp and look for profitable company to merge with us?

Maybe the NOLs are given to the LB trust, where our one big share is and we look for a partner from that platform?

I guess we can't pull a WAMU move since we would have zero capital.
