They did not "accidently" add PKGM to the agreement. That simply didn't happen. It's there because they put it there.

For what reason would they have "put it there", given it has nothing to do with the note in question? There was some kind of slip up. I don't know exactly what kind, but this kind of thing happens more often than you might think.

The conversion notice is to be used when Pixel, the note holder, wants to convert debt it holds through the promissory note issued by Solaris to stock. That would, of course, be stock in Solaris. PKGM does not come into it.

The transaction is much more complicated than that. But PKGM is nowhere referenced in the relative documents.
