Yeah, I'd be glad to tell the lien story again. Last I heard the IRS slapped a lien on ERHC'S assets for failing to pay a tax deficiency assessed by the IRS, confirmed by an appeal and upheld by a tax court decision.

There would have been no deficiency had ERHC management filed the required net operating
loss carryback form but they apparently forgot to do so. Oops. Minor error.

So, what would have been a $2 million dollar refund has now become a $2.7 liability along with the lien.

And to make matters worse, ERHC failed to disclose this to us or in their filings for over a year after the Tax Court decision was final. Oops. I guess they forgot. No problem. They just had to amend their previous filings. It's all good. Business as usual at ERHC.
