There's only one reason these scams reinvent themselves...
and that's to take advantage of the latest scam dejour (mj) and sell shares to unsuspecting dupes.
With the help of promoters they survive for a few months but the end is always the same.
Insiders win and unsuspecting dupes lose.
Promoters often get in trouble.

Kool-aid is the beverage of choice amongst penny dwellers.
