I like Nadar's no RS strategy. He mentioned it in one of the conference call that the SP will get hammered down if they RS and uplist to NYSE or NASDAQ, Which I completely agree.

Higher SP will give more room for short sellers to short.

RS or not will not change the company's fundamental at all. If PRO-140 is as good as Nadar claimed, SP will eventually increase.

One thing that really worries me is the patient drop rate in their P2b, started with 40 or so patients and down to something like 10 patients! NASCAR never mentioned why this high drop rate!! Plus, FDA is also very concern about this patient drop (according to Nadar's word in one of the recent conference call). Hope this won't happen in the two P3's. otherwise Nadar may be hiding something!!!
