Who wants some FREE MONEY? ....
PRXT is paying a dividend of 1 share of CYDF for every 200 shares of PRXT you own. This will be paid as soon as the SB/2 filing is declared effective by the SEC.

For example: if you own 100,000 shares of PRXT you will receive 500 shares of CYDF as a dividend.

This is totally legit because this is the second time PRXT is doing this and I still have my shares from the first dividend.
