I'm "risk-averse" in the R.E. business...my "Brand reputation" is top on my priority list...absolute "faith in performance", is invaluable to me...integral to my business plan/style

I don't even have to list my properties...Investors are already waiting...they could go to much,much, much LARGER NAMES...they choose not to...

I'm not putting the aforementioned "NAMES", you referred to(situations of which, I'm well aware), in the same category...but, Qwest, Enron, etc.
