Emil88 I'm with you and hope the new CEO values communication with the shareholders as well.

If my memory serves me correctly at some point 2-3 years ago when Caldwell's personal interest in the company exceeded 54% the company made it quite clear that they no longer needed the common shareholders votes or proxy votes to move, or make changes within the company. At which point we all saw the level of communication with the shareholders ebb more than flow.

Fast forward to the recent R/S where the common shares were the only one's affected, and the preferred A series went unscathed. There is even less reason to openly discuss what's going on behind the scenes. So as an investor you must really know what you own, and believe in product.

Again I'm with you and hope the NEW CEO ( I can hardly believe I'm saying that) will value, and communicate with the loyal, as we are going to need some fresh blood, and new interest in the stock to get to promise land.
