Yes the current market cap reflects the current liabilities which ERHC can't pay and which have resulted in a lien by the IRS. Those liabilities amount to over 7 million dollars and must be paid before anything else. Are the assets worth more that that? Maybe. But if they sell all the assets to pay those bills all they have left is enough to keep paying themselves salary for a few more months before they shut the doors. That is the problem.
