Your post assumes someone in IMSC management colluded with PP.
So far, that is not proven, that will probably never be proven.
If there is a smoking gun it may be with Mr. Turmelle.
The way I remember it ,Turmelle bought 1 million shares at $0.08 and some months later sold 100,000 shares for $0.80 (I told you I owned this stock a long time)
I checked insider activity regularly and never saw anything about him selling the other 900,000 shares ,but he stopped being listed as a large shareholder. I figured it was just another screw up by Yahoo, Now I'd like to know what happened to those shares.
