Still highly undervalued on this breakout news:
The company has announced a contract of nearly 8 times their annual revenues. That's a tremendous achievement.
Their stock was at .30 on an annual run rate of $4m revs 6 months ago. Now with $30m? Should be much higher than that.
How does 81 cents a share sound?:
These guys have a long history with luxury vehicles.
Each vehicle is $60k. Assuming with their expertise they will have a net profit of 15%, or $9k per vehicle:
9k x 500 vehicles - $4.5m
$4.5 / 165m shares = .027 eps
Given the astounding growth in a high growth field - commercial electric vehicles, I'll use a PE of 30, which I think is very reasonable:
PE = 30 x .027 = .81 a share
Not bad at all.
