They are saying 20 to 1 the same reason I say WDDD is going to get 5 billion from an ATV settlement. They are guessing(like me although my actual analysis is a smaller number.) The plan for R/S was already in place to be used at a strategic time. Apparently now this is a strategic time. Also, apparently ATVI was never going to appeal to the CAFC since people are so angry this is happening. There are quite a few nuggets in this press release that many seem to be missing due to emotional responses here. Personal advise to you is that you check that at the door for a stock like this and stick to your investment plan. If you don't have one, selling now is probably advisable.
