That is my belief. Looking at the filings going back I don't see any issues of restricted stock that he would be tied into, or any big enough to be a 23% shareholder. However, the first time he showed up on a filing as a beneficial shareholder was period ended June 30, it wasn't shown on the period ended March 31. Whether that was simply a mistake in filings or not I don't know.
The volume from March 31 to June 30 wouldn't have been high enough to become that large of a shareholder either. That's why the math, at least to me, leads to him being a holder of floating shares.
Just so we're clear I absolutely DON'T think he is a seller, not what I was saying at all. I have my own theories on who the big sellers are.
