I have been watching L2 religiously the past few months with this one.
What I've seen the past few weeks, Marker maker CANT started selling on top the ask weeks after the PR came out about the private investors joining the game after price ad rising a good amount. Im assuming they had insider information being large "investors."
Price was rising going into the PTAB announcement with CANT holding 100k firm on top the ask almost all day everyday. Once PPS hit .065 CANT started unloading still sitting with 100k on top the ask, anytime anyone would get in front of him he would move down on the ask and/or bid whack. Obvi other people were selling (longs and flippers) as well.
This went on for a week to two weeks slowing dropping price down to the .035-.04 range. Anyone watching L2 would have seen CANT moved off yesterday and stayed off meaning maybe he was done selling. Then today this news comes out, timing tells me CANT knew exactly what was going on and tells me someone was exiting and someone was waiting to drop this bomb once this person had excited.
At end of day today Dilution Marker Maker VNDM pops up on the ask which is never a good sign!

this is just my opinion from watching the action for the past several months.
