Or when the reverse split happens in next few weeks according to whats been posted.. That will temporary make the PPS rise before the usual post split dump. The worst part is the company doesn't have to advertise the PR about the change until a few days after its done. It can slip by unless someone checks the Edgar daily.. It even could go live tonight. no advance warning necessary.
