The writer of the email that I posted, states the UNIQUE PIZZA & SUBS is a 50 % owner of CREDO VENTURES LLC.

One major problem for all concerned.

The California Dept. of Alcoholic Beverage REQUIRES ALL ( companies and or individuals ) holding a liquor licence be listed on the license.

Kevin Serrano liquor license is in jeopardy of being revoked.
