This isn't news to anyone who has been reading this message board.

Though I wish the company would apply a bit more positive spin to their PRs - this one is as plain as it gets. I think they are overestimating the ability of an average penny stock investor to put together what all this means for the company. It would have gone a long way towards promoting the company to the potential shareholders had the PR stated that even at the minimum IPO market cap of $4M, Jupiter Gold's valuation, of which BMIX owns 60%, will exceed the entire current market cap at which BMIX currently trades - below $1.5M.
