I completely disagree. Anytime a CEO hypes up a press release beforehand on a medium like Twitter, bad things happen for shareholders. It's a can of worms that has been opened up many many times in OTC stocks, and they rarely work out well. If the CEO has great news, he should just bring a PR to the market with the great news. A surprise PR goes way further. The pre-hype on Twitter is a terrible idea. Today's trading is a perfect example.
