I asked the same questions in my emails and did not get an answer.

The first email I sent was to, "Greentree Financial Group", the accountants listed in the Q Report. "Tracy" would not answer my questions and suggested that I email Vowler.

I sent the same email to Vowler, and did not receive a response.

My next email went to Mr. Morrow from the firm, "Morrow & Kross", the attorney listed in the Q Report. His response was, "UPZS is not a client of ours anymore. I will forward your email to Vowler."

My last email went to Mr. John Hanzel, the attorney listed in the Q Report. I never received a reply.

Later in the day I received the email that I posted.
