I've never seen a company nit pick the financials so much to skew the actual picture. That's just plain unethical.

I think TCA is tightening their grasp and will force financials to come out, hell they issued a whole other class of shares for them to cover the delinquency. That said, appears they are taking on more toxic lending to pay TCA so when that's gone who knows, might go dark. This is the toxic financing death spiral in my opinion folks and a sad day to see this duo once again knowingly scamming investors.
