Here in lies the frustration, of course there has been disclosure by social media, which is OK since they noted they would advertise by social media in their last filings. Social media posts showing TALK as the owner of the stores... but clearly the lack of SEC reporting documents is muddying the playing field and the lines and relationships are left for us to guess at this time.

But I think that's kind of the intent in this case at least for now...
