How could they possibly minimize share dilution at this point? Im sure they realize that they are little screwed, unless they borrow money, which they wont because they'd have to pay it back in a 2-3 year time frame. I know for a fact that they were offered good terms on loans from an investing group out of New York and turned it down because they wouldn't be able to pay it back in the timeframe, which was 3 years. This was a year ago. I still think we make money here, but it'll likely be in the $1-5 range, at best. Hoping for 3 at this point.
