The 43-101 is not just a "format" - that is a common misconception. It is a process - the regulators in Canada want to see information presented in a credible fashion, they review it, and they either approve it, or not. The actual format is not what makes it 43-101 compliant.

So, the company did use the 43-101 as a promotional tool: In addition, the certified geologists will begin a drill program that will be the basis of creating an NI 43-101.

Tsk, tsk. Another huge red flag. A CEO who is either so naïve that he actually believes his company can legally prepare a report for approval through the 43-101 process, or he is just using it to sell shares to equally gullible shareholders. Probably a bit of both. If brought to their attention, the SEC would issue a comment letter to Mr. Thompson to cease and desist with the fraudulent referrals to a 43-101 report.

And, issuing a statement about tonnage and grade of "mineralized material" without a full exploration and feasibility study? Another red flag.

You mining scam people are usually right because most mining stocks are scams. Yes, we are usually right. And we are right on this one as well.
