Treaty has refused to file any financials for 3 years now. That says they are guilty of securities fraud just as the SEC has charged. If they were "innocent" they would have no issue reporting and would do so as to bolster their defense and show they are cooperating and fully disclosing... Yet with Treaty and the gang, and that includes Chris Tesarski and Andrew Kramer, all we get is lies about how they will file, and then never do. Typical scammer bullshit is what it is. Lie after lie after lie. Fraud after fraud after fraud. There have now been several so called "acquisitions" after Treaty was charged with securities fraud and Treaty has refused to provide any details that would make conformation possible. That was also just more bullshit. How much Bullshit can investors take??? How much Bullshit will the SEC take??? They've already taken plenty with all the bullshit motions filed by the gang of cons that were tossed out the courthouse window by the Judge.
