No filings. No press releases. No website updates.

The new CEO never seemed like the type of guy who would take investor relations to new heights. LOL. So perhaps we will get that going private offer one of these days. It just doesn't seem like they want to be public anymore. It's too embarrassing.

It all makes sense to me. Why did it take them so long to file the 10-K even though the auditor finished work months earlier. And why did they suddenly file it in a hurry, when they did.
