No definite facts here, just my opinion.

I agree the float is relatively locked. There are 336mil available. According to filings, Byron Young owns 23% of outstanding shares. That is roughly 195mil. I don't see any obvious involvement from him in any of the restricted shares, so my assumption is a large part of that run was Byron in the merger process buying up the float.

Suppose they were all in the float, that would leave roughly 140mil. In my opinion, I believe there is a small group loaded from trips with a good sized chunk that may be our continual sellers along with smaller holders moving for plays that are moving. A large portion of what is left is probably held tight by many of us posting here. I believe the float in reality is mostly being held and when whoever these big sellers are finished, shares will be incredibly hard to get ahold of. As long as those who are absorbing the selling are holding tight and not flipping of course.

Regardless of who is selling, while I'm getting tired of seeing this stagnant where it's at... Better to let them get off the ride here for less downward pressure when we're higher.. Cheaper for us to eat up as well.
