Anyone selling now or at this sort of price is stupid. They were just given $50mil in cash which is $2 per share. We now know for a fact there will be no dilution EVER. Novartis just agreed to also fully fund all phase 3 work. AND we know CNAT will get an extremely healthy royalty and then some.

This is a far better buy now at $4.50 than it was a couple hours ago at $1.90. It is easy to see this getting to $50+ in about 3 years. It just became a long term growth stock!
