If I understand this correctly Telecom will fall directly under iTALK as will UMS Inc, the original owner of UMS LLC.

They won't own TALK shares and their shares are not publicly traded shares. They will be ownership interest similar to what the LLC (CPD Mobile) had in the first place.

DEA is an officer in iTALK and his ownership of Telecom places it under the parent.

Anyone with thoughts on that?
