No more due diligence as BETS has gone silent. In July they had a pre commitment for a line of credit and now December and nothing. This means the lender is a flake and consultants led BETS down a hole or BETS does not have good enough financials for the lender. Why some think it takes 5 months for a LOC do not understand lending. All paperwork was submitted a month ago and it is likely the lender changed their mind. My guess is that they are going elsewhere and finding a new lender. All the posters that say the LOC is coming every week are just BS. BETS is quiet now and not talking.
