Mr smarty doesn't realize the 'lead decision' list is only the cases they (FCSC) are presenting based on how they reached the decision they did. All certified claims are able to receive payment still. 'Lead claims' show the proof of how the claims were 'certified'. You will notice many of the 'big' claims are not on this list since the corporate paper trail is too large to file. Paper copies of all claims can still be found in WA D.C. He's posting partial info and twisting it to create doubt. But it's funny to watch. Hasn't brought one thing to light that hasn't been answered lol
