I feel like all this needs is just a small surge of new buyers. According to the L2's there's ~ 3.3 million shares up on Ask, ranging from 0.002 to 0.0023. Then it jumps up to .0092 and then .2574 after that! I'm sure people will put up new Asks in between, but enough new buyers could easily just plow right through there and ignite this stock!
