E Star Capital- Why do you think they target US holidays for announcements? Because the owners of the company have a significant stake in the company? And they don't care about the small pops that don't hold? That they would rather have the stock held by investors instead of traded/flipped/manipulated by game players and bottom feeders? That is all I can think of. It is intentional.
