I know but much of SLJB's assets are projected. Their audit needs to show a lot more than projections. SPEA was also led by a well respected person with a good track record known to the investment community. Once the reverse merger happened and PR's came out it moved very quickly. Most, including myself, missed that boat because it happened so fast. This just seems very different with a lot of hype like many penny stocks do.
