My thought is, this leads the way for the Breath Test being favored - Laws already wrote for Breath at Roadside and DNA not collected as in the Saliva Test, plus Saliva can detect back 72 hrs or so - I guess for Employment your boss might want to know what you did after work Friday when it's Monday afternoon
