NN (aka KCG) aka PTOI's PRIMARY was just censured and fined by FINRA
for MM known *violations* that numbered in the 1000s

what is revealing about this .. is the what the dolts (SEC) didn't do ..
one has to wonder how deeply embedded NON RETAILs' hooks truly are in them
especially pertaining to P2O's *set up* (initially non public) of Sept 2010
in advance of the very obvious CEs' set up of 2011 for the 2012 *volume*

i can understand CEs' CONcerns .. all it will take is P2O's first sale
(we just saw what one location in one state is spending on this disruptive
and emerging tech) and PTOI's PPS will adjust like a rocket and
most likely cost at least one NON RETAIL entity their way of *business*

let's be very clear .. P2O's first sale begets discovery .. and discovery
begets exposure ..

so many lines drawn into the proverbial sand .. for a reason

and speaking of exposure .. lookie there .. ;)
