That's back when all VakSHAM had to do was tell the GULLIBLE buying these FRAUDS that he was **GASP** building a NEW website--as if that means ANYTHING. A ten year old can do that after getting a domain from Go Daddy for $10-15 bucks.

But in the Ukraine where this MASTER of FRAUD comes from I guess a website in 2015 was still a WONDERMENT!!
