The Company recently announced its plans for its first production run of their new lemon lime flavor at the end of this month. Additional inventory will be produced and stockpiled in anticipation of retail sales for their High Performance Beverage Sports Drink line and expect their 5 STAR Protein Sports Drink to initiate production and sales in the first quarter of 2017.
As recently announced, the Company plans on producing its first line of protein sports drinks called 5 STAR Protein Sports Drink. 5 STAR is a combination of high quality hemp protein with branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) and will offer better endurance and faster recovery times. Other benefits include a boost in metabolism, lean muscle development, reduced sugar cravings, improved heart health and a boost to the immune system, while still offering superior hydration, energy and mental focus.
Mike Holley, High Performance Beverage Company President, stated, "We are extremely pleased to announce our plans for retail distribution of our product line through various beverage distributors in California, New York, New Jersey and Hawaii. We are confident that once sales start, we will be able to meet initial supply and demand needs. We will then look to extend our national footprint on a state by state basis, as working capital allows. Once our inventory is in place, distributors will begin slotting the inventory on to shelf space for their clients. Sales teams will be provided by the distributors in New York, New Jersey and Hawaii while the Company will provide their own sales team for California." He also stated, "Depending on the beverage distributor, we expect retail distribution to start sometime in late December, January and throughout 2017. It is also important to note that the distribution of our product into retail outlets is an important component to what we have been working on regarding future potential plans for Walmart.
