The Plan of Reorganization is very clear. It states EXACTLY what will happen in the Bankruptcy. It is also much more detailed than the SEC filings (if any come, since TALK is quite dark and seriously delinquent). The SEC filings will only summarize the Plan as filed with the Court. But anyone, including all shareholders, can read the Plan for themselves. Right now. They don't have to wait for the SEC filings that may never come. That is why Bankruptcy filings are PUBLIC. All interested parties are supposed to read them, and that includes shareholders.

In this case, TALK's ownership of UMS LLC will be cancelled. The Plan states that clear as day.
