It is over because of the filing with the bankruptcy court says it is. I am not expressing an opinion. It is fact. The Plan states clear as day that TALK's 100% interest in UMS LLC will be cancelled, and 100% of the new equity will be issued to Dea.

Shareholders of TALK end up with nothing.
