Reverse Splits Suck
I've been to that Rodeo and there are no Bull Rides. I would much prefer Charles leave the share structure alone and just grow the business = If he does that the share price and structure will be fine. Usually some time after a R/S the Authorized Shares are increased anyway. Then they are traded for capital or given away to pay of debt etc. The share structure and price per share ends up right back where it started. The retail investors loose their ass while the insiders laugh all the way to the bank. Wash, Rinse, and repeat. I did however see a small glimmer of hope in the filing that reads…

”However, if the Company determines that the Reverse Split is no longer in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders, the Company reserves the right to abandon its plans to implement such action, notwithstanding having obtained shareholder approval”.
