The news was weak actually. It showed Kalitta isnt in it all the way. He is leasing ONE plane to a company. Nothing more nothing less. If Baltia would of had access to all or half of Kalitta fleet now we're talking. This would have really gotten my attention. Not to mention the question of "reorganization" this to me could mean a huge hike in the AS or a reverse split. I can't see any other meaning of that term. Hopefully in the coming weeks the company can release more information. But as of right now it's most deff not a buy.
