I'm not suggesting anything. I got that from a UK site while Ihub was down. It's more credible than the FBI story. LOL
I read the docs and operation ROLLING THUNDER is for real.
The UK's GCHQ is reporting an 80% drop in postings on sites hit by their DDOS attacks. There is no mention of Russian sites. LOL
Unlike the FBI claim, there is some documentation to support the claims.
There's also evidence the US NSA has been involved and in the process of going after scam/hacker sites, they've managed to take down large host servers that end up taking down many sites.
