Important facts; Ever since Mr. Berman took office, I HAVEN'T seen a late NT-Filing. If you said, Onci a scam... I blame the previous "Ceo"; Johnson.

Reference: Nov. 14th, 2016 - a PR was informed to "Investors" regarding reduction of OS.
